April BYO (Bodø, Norway): The wine has a light copper color—a fine and fruity nose with a hint of almond. The wine has a high and pronounced acidity on the palate with a distinct flavor of green apple. The wine is also experienced as mineral with salt as a clear marker. The wine has a slim finish and is of medium length.

July 2021 disgorgement. Golden in colour. Nose shows red citrus and some toast. Full bodied substantial mouthfeel oxidative yet well balanced with well pitched acidity and seems to deliver red apple on the palate yet not really appley at the same time. A correct bottle to restore the faith after a previous bottle from same batch didn't perform. 1g/L dosage.

(NV Egly-Ouriet Champagne Grand Cru Tradition Brut) Light yellow color with abundant, steady, tiny bubbles; appealing, yeasty, almond, tart baked pear nose; creamy textured, tart pear, mineral, yeasty, tart apple palate with medium acidity; long finish (disgorged October 2010; 39 months on yeasts)
(NV Egly Ouriet) This was lovely as usual. Fine mousse, red Pinot fruit flavors, and slight breadiness. Bright acids. Classic Ambonnay.

$113 corkbuzz more concentrated, longer lasting than Les premises. A little broad but incredibly brioche and round finish

Excellent pairing with bouillabaisse at Topolinos Riviera resort at WDW.
Ripe peaches and lemon on the nose.
Creamy, brioche, great acidity, full supple mouthfeel.
Even at $90 online, still a great buy.
