    Consumed most of this within the first day or two of opening. Very, very acidic, nutty marmalady. Then it sat on the shelf for about 3 months and I had the rest of it - absolutely glorious, with the sweetness and acidity in perfect balance. Wish I hadn't been so quick to drink it once the bottle was opened.
