  • Complex wine, but difficult to pinpoint, lot of secondary notes with biscuit, bread and cheese, fresh fruit, apple, citrus, med+ acidity for balance, some salt and stone notes on the finish. Needed some time to really open up

  • Clear, medium, lemon color. Complex mix of primary and secondary aromas- lime zest, orange, oyster shell, slate, earth, rainwater, fresh-cut flowers. Medium to full bodied on the palate, with medium+ acid and round structure. Flavors of melon and lime, with a depth of earth and floral notes. Drinks with a silky salinity, and a mouthwatering crisp finish.
