Very good, seemed maybe a bit young; I don't have a lot of experience with Sechet, but this was a bit closed and reserved at this point; air and lots of swirling revealed some nice citrus and iodine, floral scents, and crushed seashells. The palate shows nice balance, good intensity and a nice finish. This was not as good as a recent Butteaux VV from the same vintage, but all the same it was delicious. May improve with time.

pale straw yellow in color with bracing acidity. a steady nose of green apple and wet stone was followed by lemon, green apple, and chalk on the palate. Went great with chilled oysters. A nice Chablis but could have used a bit more fruit

Chablis 1er Cru 2014 (Stock, Oslo): Gul frukt og sitrus på duft, hint av sitrondrops. Pent åpen og behagelig syrenivå. God mineralitet, veldig ren
