Beautiful golden color. Aromas of butterscotch, bread, apples and pears with a faint white floral note. Palate is rich, seductive and coating with similar notes to the aromas but with a salty cream and mineral finish. Wine is 7 years old and still delicious which is a testament to these wines and this producer. If you have any drink within the next 3 years

Legends of the Northern Rhone (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Peachy and earthy, bees wax, slightly honeyed and tiny touch of cork taint on the nose. Honeyed with bees wax quality and tongue coating breadth on palate. Quite long. Pleasant

Citrus, ripe apple, waxy, toast. Fat wine. Super young, needs time to pull itself together.
