Very, very nice minerality and metallic notes. Balanced acidity (which for a Chablis means high imho). Floral notes and a hint of underripe white fruit on the nose with a laser like “hi, I’m Chablis” note of crushed rock/oyster. Very good juice. May well get better over time. Some mineral reduction on the nose and a hint of retrained exoticism. It is rich and full, with some mint and cool stoniness. It is classic Chablis in every, sense, supremely youthful and finishing with loads of citrus and iodine.
