Such high complexity of aromas. Deep and intense. Very high acidity, intense flavours and long finish. Only some hints of drying fruit, would be wonderful to get the chance to try this again in five and ten years. Last bottle though.

Yoshizumi Jura + Rose Champagne. Really nice showing from a producer with the reputation for a lot of variability. Very complex, melding high-toned citrus with some waxy roundness from the age. Great experience, if repeatable.

I did find this slightly oxidative at first but it grew on me. Orange peel, herbs and slate. A bit on the rustic side as with most Juras but it was honest and very drinkable. Starting to like this producer.

Medium gold in glass. Nice complex nose. I did not detect any oxidation. Drank like a light to medium bodied, bone dry, saline Chablis with added layer of matchstick or sour/sweet minerals, and hint of lemon. Smooth and very balanced. Excellent alternative to 1er cru Chablis.

(Philippe Bornard Savagnin Côtes du Jura Ouillé Les Chassagnes) Light yellow color; savory, tart apple, pear nose; tart pear, mineral, tart apple palate; medium-plus finish

definitely on the more oxidative style. dry and very old world. mineral driven and almost chalky. good with food but wont be to most peoples tastes.
