  Decanted for 30 minutes. This is in a really nice spot now, rich but elegant, lots of dark fruit and good tannins. Certainly feels like it can take more years in the cellar!

  Notes from Day 2 open (no decant, in the refrigerator overnight). Very grapey on the palate, with a touch of black raspberry cola. On the palate, enveloping, but a touch thin; medicinal herbs, more black raspberry and a nice touch of tannin on the finish. Doesn't show it's alcohol at all. Not bad, but I prefer my CdP more boisterous.
