  Opened in honor of Jim Clendenen.
  
  Started very weak and disjointed. Took maybe 30 min to come around. Then softer than other vintages (see my TNs) but quite interesting. Definitely in the ABC style, but less acidic backbone than others I've had. Beguiling, somehow.

  Not a typical Californian Chardonnay. Butterscotch rather than buttery.

  Light yellow; fresh citrus, a tiny bit of honey; rounded and fresh, in the middle very honey-like; nice and expressive, straightforward

  Decent but not spectacular Cali Chardonnay. Rich and fairly buttery, but a bit ponderous. Lacking a bit of precision and definition. All in all, a fairly decent value for the money. 4-11-15-8: 88/100.
