Dark berries, small touch of wood, bitterness and prunes. Fruit has shriveled and dried out quicker than expected here. Not much drinking pleasure left

Still going strong after almost 3 years since my last bottle. A boatload of fresh red fruits that almost completely cover the small "bio-touch". But the most remarkable aspect of this is the wine's freshness, which is very surprising, considering the region. The freshness keeps this light on its feet and very easy to drink. Nice one.

Whoa. This was really a pleasant surprise and easily the greatest Bobal I’ve had the pleasure to taste thus far. Dark brambles, black pepper, anise, smoked meat on the nose. The attack is sweet crunchy red and dark fruits and pie spices but make no mistake, this is bone dry. Finishes with a zip and strong, tongue smacking tannins. The purity of this wine is arresting. Bravo! Bottle No. 6083/7000

Fresh fruits , a minimal touch of sweetness. A slight "bio" touch adding depth. The freshness is remarkable. Not heavy at all, but the flavors are nonetheless intense.
Great with the steak dinner.

A mix of red fruits , some wood and a hint of sweetness. What is remarquable about this vintage is the Freshness that runs trough and bursts open on the mid of the entire drink experience. The fruits and fresh impression last quite long after drinking.
