  Pop and pour. This rare Morlet cuvee is showing beautifully after a short amount of air to blow off the capsicum. Firmly structured blackcurrant fills the palate with plenty of acid lift. Probably most like the Mon Chevalier to me. Final NYE bottle and everyone enjoyed. Happy new year!
