From split, Pnp. First time with this wine. Deep yellow color and served with fruit with dessert, exceeded my expectations. A bit of petrol on the nose initially that blew off quickly, lemon, pineapple, honey and white flowers. Smooth and silky with plenty of fruit still, medium to light bodied and ready now and for years to come.

Mostly Caramel, no fresh fruits. Dark gold. Nice but too sugar heavy yet. Has to be cellared a bunch of years to put everything in better place and become thinner. It is just OK now for my palate, because it's quite elegant, but has significant room for improvement.

This was good, not distant from Rieussec and co 2005. Actually this seemed younger than those. Classic aged sauternes profile but lighter in color than the comps. Will last many years. Very good QPR

I think that D'Artagnan has been doing a little too much swashbuckling, because this is really a very ordinary wine. It has a good lift on the nose, with bright tropical fruit, but it really lacks structure and weight on the palate. An enjoyable wine, but like most things that are enjoyable in the end disappointing.
