  • Surprised to see a 2014 red burgundy in such an open spot. A treat to drink. This was a touch shy on the nose at the beginning. After some 30 minutes, it was firing on all cylinders. Elegant and precise. Rainer cherries, raspberries, rose petals, vanillin. Lively acids and fine-grained tannins give this so much stuffing for decades to come. Lovely to drink now, but very much built to age.

  • The 2014 Mugneret Gibourg Chambolle Musigny Les Feusselottes has an enchanting bouquet. A combination of fresh rose petals and premium oak spices. Sweet and delicate array of mixed berries with an underlying summer bouquet. I was a bit worried this 2014 would need more time but it showed beautifully today. A top class Chambolle Musigny! (91/100)

  • Sweet, delicious, and showed the beauty and freshness of the 2014 vintage well. I really liked this.

  • Mugneret-Gibourg Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes 2014.
    Servert altfor kald.
Det er et underliggende potensiale her, men 14 er ikke min favoritt.
Litt grønt og grumsete i den sedvanlige vakre parfymen til søstrene.
Slank frukt - likevel med god konsentrasjon.
Lang med litt ruskete tanniner. 91p

  • Nose: Oh wow! The nose nose grabs you almost immediately as it is intensely perfumed with Strawberries, red cherries, sour red fruits, earth notes, spice, violets, crushed rocks, and a whole lot of purity in the upper register.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with tart, medium+ acidity and silky, medium tannins. The feel itself is pure satin and balance while showing gorgeous tones of strawberries, red cherries, sour red fruits, earth notes, spices, and crushed rocks.

Overall: Not only was this an amazing treat, it’s also just so drop dead gorgeous right now. I would love to see where this goes with another 5 years as it feels like it has another gear.
