  Drink at Geranium
  Nose : intense pure white mushroom peach no hint of oxydation. Reconditioned at the winery.
  Mouth :elegant light but not weak well balanced need time to open up, white fruit and hint of tobacco leaf.
  Final : long very elegant, an amazing wine aging potential of 5-10 years

  A bottle that was re-conditioned and released by the Domaine last year. This was splendid. Complex aromatics of white mushroom, ripe peach, almond butter, chamomile and preserved lemon. It had Corton line in the mouth and fabulous flavour intensity. Each sip unlocked another savoury subtle nuance. The finish was lowish in acidity, but incredibly fresh and loaded with chalky dry extract and flavours lingered for an age.

  I'll tell ya what, they don't make em like they used to. Golden ripe orchard fruit, sweet vanilla bean, roast nuts, oily full texture, with great density and weight that saturates the palate with complexity that only great aged white burgundy can. Acidity mild but in place.
