I’ve been told to avoid these white capsule Maison Leroy’s, but wanted to see for myself. This wine was totally good, with nice acidity and cut, but nothing special. Fruit is a bit thin and there are plenty of cheaper white burg’s out there that are equally good or better. That being said, I’m very happy drinking this!

Ruby in color. Nose of earth and cherry. Lovely refined palate for a simple bourgogne. Sdft, balanced and smooth. Cherry, earth, minerals and a hint of tobacco. Goes down easy.

Subtle. Did add some weight and complexity with some air. Still very enjoyable in pure way.

Somewhat ‘plain Jane’. Nothing special going on - even for a base Leroy.
