  A wet Wednesday so we decided to partake in an Around the World Sip (approximately 150ml for two people) courtesy of Coravin. No particular wines, vintages or reason…just because, well, we thought it would be fun!
  
  Always a "special", different sort of wine, we like a small sip now and again. Coravin allows us to experience over, well, let's try a few months. Why not? Truly an after dinner sip that reminds you of decadence...desserts spelled backwards is stressed and this is the ultimate relief!
  
  We, sadly, do not have the nose or palate to appreciate fully this wine. We know it is special, but we just do not love it. C'est la vie...

  Light yellow in color. The nose shows peach, nectarine, orange rind, and floral notes.. Nice acidty that balances out a huge amout of sugar(128gr/l). In the mouth melon, peach and flowers are layered and seem to dance in the mouth. 4/5
