Drinking great now. Very poised and elegant with good tension. Left some for later in the evening and it evolved to become richer - almost flabby - with honey notes but lost the nervous energy earlier. I would drink it earlier rather than later.

Well, this not only my second day with this wine, but my second week. Quelle self-restraint! I would normally have expected a bit of barnyard by now; but no, this wine has retained its acidity and hence its structure.
Remarkable.
93 points for a 1 Cru? That surely is unusual.

Yes (and please see below) this is truly very fine wine. Great balance of fruit and acidity in the mouth (not always the case with Meursault), a bouquet of appealing delicacy but with inflected lift. Fruits. Pear, apple, something sweeter (but I am not interested in fruits. You can buy them in your local supermarket, normally just behind the potatoes).
What wine-making skills here; what balance of parts, and what elegance, something that I think represents a certain stylistic statement on the part of Leflaive.

Absolutely divine. The wine of the night. Just the right amount of buttery richness not at all heavy, but still rich - dangerously gluggable. I will enjoy the other three! I'd say it's a point now.

It smells like lemon, apple, grapefruit and lime.
