  Feeling super lucky this time, guess I open it at its peak! Translucent ruby red in colour! Fabulous nose of black currant, Laurel leaves and a touch of spiciness, pure and clean! The palate offers simple but deep black fruits, perfect acidity! Super delicious! Very silky and effortless to drink! Beautiful merlot fruits!

  quite soft on the nose, not giving too much away. on the palate it starts soft, then reasonable fruit is followed by some good tannin and an alcoholic kick at the end. decent length of finish and an enjoyable bottle.
  opened up a little more after an hour in the decanter, but still lacking a little fruit for my taste.
