I am a big fan of Laurie and Tom Clark-Claudon and I truly feel that this wine will rate better in the distant future. The core of this wine is so inky black at this time with just a small hint of dark burgundy at the rim and overall this bottle is completely closed for business. The fruit is very tight and the tannins and oak are strong at this stage. I don't plan on opening my next bottle for at least 5 to 7 years. Hold for now as the upside should be great.

Delicious dark fruit, tar and earthy mineral flavors and aromas. Still evolving but worked perfectly with grilled NY strips.

This was a great battle, sometimes these do just as well as the eternity!

This battle was great, huge minerality, lots of red fruit but still a full bodied wine. Cases, berries, I really like CC in general.

1 hour decant. Still tight as a tick. Nice typical cab fruit flavors but still loaded with tannins. Give this another 5 years at least.
