Burgundy Celebration: Master Class: Organic/Natural vs Conventional. (Quay Restaurant, International Passenger Terminal, Sydney): Slightly stalky with funky farmyard notes, aniseed and black fruits. Touches of oak here as well Smells like it is going to be a bit of a dugat py style beast. And so it proves…juicy blackberry fruit, plentiful drying, but quite fine textured , tannin. Both persist. Time required. Yum today for me...that might change on a different day though. And I do love the funkiness of this wine.

Very mineral, more structure compared to Les Jeunes Rois. But there is also ripe almost sweet fruit. Slightly austere with grippy tannins. More substance and potential in comparison. 89-90+
