  This bottle had a less pronounced acid structure than the previous one apparently had. Quite enjoyable it was. Maybe a bit less receding would be of benefit but definitely could drink more of this one.

  The wine aspects of this bottle (taste, smell, etc.) are all good for a nice bottle of Pinot, but I found the acid structure of the bottle to be distracting.

  We really enjoyed this wine, and just drank it as a pop and pour with with olives. I think the alberigi needs seven or eight years to mature. Fruit is really more subdued and has slipped into more red and is showing more acidity. This is much better balanced at this age than a couple of years ago
