  Drunk for the first time last year, this bottle seemed more evolved.
  
  Nose of tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit and guava.
  
  Very rich palate, between oil and tropical fruits. The wine does not have the energy of its little sister drunk in September 2023, the juice is drier but lacks a little spring in my opinion to restart the machine. Good finish, but the wine definitely has less impact on this bottle.
  
  Very good but the bottle is definitely more evolved than the previous one. It had to be kept cool to avoid any heaviness.

  Exuberant nose of mango and pineapple.
  
  Beautiful energetic palate, the density of the juice is immediately evident and covers everything, with intense flavors of petroleum and tropical fruits. The energy of this wine, coupled with enormous juice and electrifying acidity, is surprising. He can still face the years without problem. Nice finish, a little dry while the wine itself has fat on the mineral salts. Good length.

  And you should also drink this, because it's basically pure electricity (and very much in line with the last two bottles I've had.)

  Outstanding. Nearly perfect, just lacking an x factor, if that's even possible for Prüm Riesling. Really well-integrated acidity. All the classic flavors. Exhilarating nose of petrol and wet slate and super tropical fruit.

  All the superlatives I've used on previous bottles, but somehow this had an extra gear of depth and finesse. Spectacular, thrilling Spätlese that is pretty much at peak right now.
