A barnyard nose...fairly meh. Palate is delightful. Blackberry and tobacco with a hint of mint. Drinking very well right now, but a slight tannic core still exists that may open with time. Excellent.

Medium/deep garnet core, pale garnet rim. Reasonably intense nose - quite dark fruited with plum and black cherry, creamy vanilla oak and cedar quite prominent, slight whiff of a red fruit top note from time to time. Palate is medium + bodied, spicy dark fruit, cedary notes, good fresh acidity but some firm, dry tannins on the medium/good length finish. Modern take, no more than okay. (13% ABV).

Needed 30 minutes to open up but smooths out nicely. Dark fruit, bit of leather and smoke. Sat outside at the Palace de Athenne in Paris with my man and his beautiful sister. I would have enjoyed it regardless on such a beautiful day.

Three Ladies of Bordeaux (San Francisco): Very approachable. Smooth with lots of cherry and blackberry flavors. Could have been a little bit more complex, but it was still very enjoyable. Drink now.

Generous nose with dark fruits a bit of leather& cocoa. Color a rich almost purple, lighter garnet at the edges. Meduim mouth feel, but washed out thin taste. Tannins are perfect and could hold a much more concentrated wine. Basic fruit profile with a little tobacco in mouth. Hollow with a short finish leaving tannins with nothing to hold on to.
