  6 years old and (a bit surprisingly) starting to fade a bit. Maybe this vintage was less intense overall than some others, I don't remember. The wine is delicious - some of that meaty and funky Mourdevre goodness. Not a whole lot of fruit left. And the most surprising thing was that Buffalo wings made it seem sweet!
