Over the last year I've had the pleasure of dining at four Michelin-starred restaurants, and three of them included Clos Cibonne's tibouren wines in their wine-pairing menus, so it seems to be quite popular in that sphere. (Namely, at Le Bernardin in NYC, David Toutain in Paris, and Saison in San Francisco.) I had to acquire some for myself, and found a shop with 9 bottles of this 2014 vintage in stock.
Beautiful orange tint, unlike any other rosé. Aroma of orange peel and berries, which carried through to the palate, together with a bit of salinity and minerality. Very refreshing and unique, not too acidic, but some acid, like a grapefruit. Opened up moderately over the first hour or so. Already 10 years old and I think it can keep going.

Interesting orange-ish color. Nose is fresh, precise and a little reserved. Very interesting, unique and delicious. Orange peel and spice. A little understated - needs time?

Lovely nose of oranges, red berries, and anise. Medium acidity with orange peel notes and a hint of grapefruit on the palate. Nice, long finish. Wow!
