Pale gold with silvery edge. Slow-moving in the glass and oily. On the nose, hints of brazil nut, vanilla, grass, flowers and licorice. Stoney minerals, peaches, slight hint of white chocolate and dried honey characterise the complex, refreshing and absorbing palate. A savoury wine with good balance, good acidity and good attack.

(Gaunoux Jean-Michel Meursault Les Perrières) Pale yellow. Subdued nose. Much more mineral and nervous than the 'Goutte d'Or'. Seems a little one-dimensional though - until you hit the finish which comes with a lovely burst. Very good.
