A bit disappointing. The nose seemed a bit off. It got better over dinner, but still had a hint of apple cider. Premox or not it had a mineral note as well with some white flower notes trying to come through. On taste it was quite balanced, nice and round on the palate. Some stronger flavors here than expected but not too off. Really an odd bottle where I question whether premix was there. I never had a Phillippe Colin so I was not sure what to expect.

Matured golden, floral and some honey aroma. Mineral on palate, oak, and honeysuckle, good finesse and sweetness acidity balance, but somehow feels bit old.
