  This white was so perfect that after drinking 6 bottles I finally bought a case. The first 3 bottles were wonderful then winter came and i forgot about them, the next spring my wife and i poured the wine down the drain bottle after bottle as we thought it was bad. Every now and then one would be drinkable. I then forgot about the last three bottles for about 3 years and we opened them up to find that they had aged beautifully. I guess they went to sleep. 7 bottles down the drain to learn a very hard lesson. Patience.
