Extraordinary, delicious density of tropical aromas and fruits. Substantial acidity, with incredibly long finish. Off dry. Well suited to tackle rich fried fishes or soups & stews, or roasted chicken, for example. Perfect match for deep fried cubes of Chilean Sea Bass.

Gold-amber; minty note, apricot juice, herbal note with floral honey thing going on, med. sweet (not like 1er Trie); bright, clean for a Vouvray, high acid. Very cool, interesting to compare with the '15 1er Trie side by side. DD at Akbar blind--Loire Whites.

Blinded. Golden yellow color. Nose had pineapple, peach, watermelon (?). Sweet honey flavors on the palate, but interestingly the weight was not heavy or honey syrupy at all. Lifted and lively, with good acidity. Guessed we're back to Loire Chenin.
