  Dry. Med- acidity. Me tannins. Med body. Med+ finish.
  
  Merlot (37%), Cabernet Sauvignon (37%), Cabernet Franc (23%), and Petit Verdot (3%). Partial appassimento method. 26 months in various oak
  
  14.1% abv. Medium ruby red. Medium tears. Medium intensity aromas of ripe red/dried fruit, tobacco leaf, spice and wood. Palate is medium bodied with chalky tannins that smooth out after opening up. Flavours of ripe red and dried fruit as well as mocha and dried herbs are present. Acidity is balanced. Finish is great lengthed but drying and herbaceous.
  
  This offering is much more balanced and refined than the 2014 Conspiracy I just had recently.

  The wine looks crimson colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like prune. It tastes like prune and raisin. The body is medium. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
