I have tried two bottles, both came out rather similar, i.e. with an unpleasant smell and a high level of acidity. They have improved somewhat at day two, but still not a pleasure to drink. The wine has passed its life time. I would not recommend buying this wine any longer.
Opened with dinner, a soft fuzzy mold under the capsule, but otherwise the cork was fine. Pouring a medium ruby, this is devoid of most aromas and taste, but shows highly acidic. Thin, without fruit at this point. Harshly acidic at day two +, so I used this to blend with a sweet, round, flabby Novy Pinot Meunier to create a geuze with balance that was quite delicious.
