1+ hour decant. Opened too young. Meant to grab a 2012. Very tight from the start, heavy swirling coaxed some fruit but still very tight. At about the 3 hour mark it started to open and gave off the nose and taste of Diamond Mountain. Definitely need to wait a couple years on the last bottle.

Hearts Delight 2016 Bordeaux Tasting (Hay Adams - Washington, DC): This wine had deep, enticing, lovely aromatics. A deep core of strong mountain fruit, but also some grippy, earthy tannins and moderating acidity. So full of fruit, but lovely rocky, mineral notes, too. One for 8-10 years in the cellar.
