  • How to cope with quarantine. On the nose, the wood wraps those memories of weeds and rockrose along with ripe black fruit. Balsamic, overwhelmingly powerful, still too tannic, very tasty, with length and a delicious aftertaste. In my modest opinion, it takes a minimum of another ten years to develop real complexity, although that age will undoubtedly affect its balance in the form of less acidity. I still have young Pesquera from the great 2004 and 2005 vintages and sincerely speaking I am not in a big hurry to open them. I always insist in the same way with this winery.

    Cómo sobrellevar la cuarentena. En nariz la madera envuelve a los recuerdos a la maleza y la jara junto con fruta negra madura. Balsámico, abrumadoramente potente, todavia demasiado tánico, muy sabroso, con longitud y un delicioso postgusto. En mi modesta opinión necesita un mínimo de otros diez años para desarrollar complejidad aunque sin duda esa edad afectará a su equilibrio en forma de una menor acidez. Todavía conservo Pesquera joven de las grandes añadas 2004 y 2005 y no tengo una prisa excesiva por abrirlas. Siempre insisto en lo mismo con esta bodega.
