  The 1991' is in a great spot right now. Beautiful aromas of cherries, strawberry, balsamico, leather, dried cherries, hints of mushroom, minty and blackberry. Super complex nose that just sucks you in...
  Very fresh on the palate with lively acidity and integrated tannins.
  We chose not to decant the wine and we enjoyed it over the course of 1.5 hour. I did not sense any major improvement with air.

  Acker Vega Sicilia dinner with Pablo Álvarez (Asador Bastian): 91/94/Especial (94 96 00). Wow, this is an outstanding vintage of Unico with gorgeous pure strawberry and cherry and emerging spice complexity. Seamless. Shy of peak drinking, but so delicious already. Upside from here.
