Rose at Flatiron (Flatiron, SF): Slight apple and red berries on the nose. Light and crisp with balancing medium-plus tart acid. Aromatically pretty basic, but refreshing!

UNP. Color light salmon. Nose has citrus rind and cherry. Swishing shows all acid structure but acids are creamy And tart but not unpleasant. Sipping gives a little more body but this is not a fruit bomb. This is a perfect patio wine for a hot day. Great price point too

June 2017: had with some salad, tuna, egg, etc. Both R and I really enjoyed. Racy, but definitely Pinot.
June 2016: (tasting) tart, dry with a bit of background sweetness. strawberry lemonade. salmon. intense.

Light pink. Melon tones. Medium weight, some glycerine. Good feel, not much fruit, dry finish.
