  Clear with a very pale golden center. Colorless at the rim. Spotlessly clean. Fresh nose of sliced pear, grapefruit, citrus and lifted florals. Dry and crisp, it tastes primarily of grapefruit, with some lemon, and finishes with minerality. Nice, but grapefruit-centric wines are not to my personal taste. Cork closure.
