Rose et. al. on the deck (Robt/Cheryl) . This was a pleasant start to a warm evening. Light yet vibrant, nice peach notes with other fruit (red apple?) some suggested watermellon. Expensive as Rose's go, and second to Whispering Angel, in mho. Which is less $$

Rose and Such (Robert and Cheryl's house): Drank a small glass alongside some other Rose wines. Watermelon and pepper stand out on the lively palate. This was a slightly bold, enjoyable Rose.

An Evening on the Patio (Robert & Cheryl's): Pale salmon color. Drank 1 glass in a flight of 3 Provencal roses. Grenache 65%, Syrah 35%, Cinsault 5%. Not a bargain priced rose, but one where you feel like you got what you paid for - an elegantly styled, classic wine with finesse and subtlety. citrus, peach, watermelon, mineral, elegant and vibrant. Bright on the nose and balanced on the palate. Wine of the flight.

Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel): Slighly reductive nose, ripe red cherry, floral, med body, palate light fruit, rich, mineral, balancing acidity
