  Clear dark purple. Developing with pronounced intensity of ripe blackberries, creme de cassis, dark blueberry liqueur, preserved dark plums, hint of coconut, vanilla, mocha. Dry with medium (+) acidity. Medium (+) tannins. Body is full. Flavour intensity is pronounced and palate has fully ripe blackberries, savoury dark plums, creamy cassis, liquorice. Finish is long. Quality is very good and wine is well-balanced. This is an example of a full-bodied rich wine that is well-balanced.

  Oh wow… this wine never fails. If I was stuck on a deserted island, this would be in my top 5 wines to keep me company. This is my go-to wine. So moreish. Pleasant aromas of licorice, plums, blueberries, with floral notes of violets and a hint of orange peel. Silky smooth texture and well integrated oak- drinking beautifully now, but also has aging potential- kept well in the bottle for 3 days without falling flat.
