Gets rounder and shows riper characters with air. More pear and melon come forward. The sugar seems pretty close to being fully integrated now. One knock would be that it doesn't quite carry all the acidity to give it good lift. Its so expressive and tasty you forget pretty quick. Very good.

  嗅觉来说能够感觉到一种“稳扎稳打”的感觉，浓墨重彩四平八稳的黄桃、杏子、果干果脯和热带果酱味，粘密重叠，还有些焦糖、蜂蜜和粉质的矿物，带轻微辛辣。入口圆润饱满，酸度同酒液融合为一。果味表现出来的成熟度很高，和嗅觉别无二致，还有蜂蜜、焦糖、麦芽糖，些许枣味，些许干草本，甘草味，整体很舒服，差一点就有点笨重了，后段的矿物好。（92-93/100）

  看上去也已经有点漏液，所以很小心得拔出酒塞，塞子已经浸软了4/3，某部分已经浸穿。以2005这个大年以、金帽及少女日晷园这个VDP特级园来说这酒在香气和集中度上有些问题。淡淡得橘子香气和汽油味，甚至在酒温上升以后汽油味还占了上风，不是没果味而是太微弱。酸度倒是不错，但是没有果味和甜味来唱对台戏，没有感觉明显的贵腐成分。塞上酒塞放在冰箱里第2天后汽油味完全散尽，但果味依旧比较弱。但是口感和回味已经像是正常的甜型雷司令了，只是觉得是偏向半甜一些，青苹果比较突出，梨子和一点蜂蜜。以当今的甜度标准来说这款只够晚收级别或者普通串选，至此觉得05年还是很有特点的，比如酸度出众，可以想象当年的BA和TBA会是相当优秀。

  嗅觉上有果脯、菠萝干、苹果酱、酸枣、红枣和无花果干的味道，比较圆润精致，稍微醒酒之后还出现一定新鲜热带水果的芬芳。带有淡淡的石灰粉和矿物，营造出一定的深邃感。入口是饱满且轻盈的口感，酸度不是太高，在前段不太集中，舌尖有轻微气泡感，中后段有一定舌面上的持续性。果味复杂度不错，比较精巧，有橘子酱、桃杏、果脯、菠萝果酱、红枣干、无花果干等，丰富但表现比较俊秀，有一定集中度和立体感，中后段有纵深感，草本、蜂蜜焦糖带来的些许贵腐味，后段有些许金属和石灰的质感。91-92/100

  Light golden, in the nose some ripe apricot, peach and pineapple. The taste is not overly sweet with again ripe yellow fruits, a hint of almonds and some acidity. This wine, at 15 years of age, seems quite young still, but drinks very well. Will keep this a bit longer to see how it will develop.
