Another great bottle. this crazy wine is aging at a snail's pace but who cares? it continues to be great and a little that was left over was still tasty 3 days later. A throat charmer if you like Loire Chenin.
Thanksgiving dessert wine #1. Color: medium gold. Nose of honey, pears, botrytis. Palate was full bodied, sweet, delicious, long. Clearly the winner of the two white dessert wines (vs. '81 Climens) and finished off first. Still quite youthful.
