Effusive, botrytis-inflected aromas of apricot, honey, and golden raisins. The palate is rich and a little viscous, with kush apple fruit and baking spices, but bolstered by fine acidity for the year. Long finish with expansive retroolefaction. This is drinking great. It's hard to imagine it improving, although I'm sure it will continue to drink well for decades.

Popped and poured. Advanced color (deep golden amber) and nose. On the palate wonderful pressure, tension and depth. You can feel the warm vintage, lots of warm, ripe fruit. Quite complex and long. 91 Nose 94 palate = 92-93

Half bottle. Light golden color. High toned honeysuckle, orchard and stone fruit. Light with veneer of glycerine. Moderate sweetness. Oh goodness, such a pure beacon of fruit (more apple than nectarine), slate, and fine acidity for the year. Absolutely delicious.

Honey, key lime, and golden raisins. Not overly sweet for an Auslese. Acidity is moderate level. Long, buttery finish with notes of tart apples and pears.

Well aligned in profile with my experience from five years ago. Golden yellow and starting to show signs of maturing, with hints of petrol on the nose. Rich and moderately sweet. Good wine that will last a long time.
