Delightful. Both lemon and lime were key features, brilliant acidity. Thin film / plastic reminder of Riesling but the focus was on the lemon/lime. Drank with two curries and a dhal (all with a lot of chilis), absolutely perfect pairing. Acidity, lemon and lime was like an anchor of refreshment carrying the wine through the spice.
Note: rating influenced by food pairing, perhaps not as high rating w/o it. Debated which of my Prums to open, glad I didnt’ open more expensive / sweeter bottles in cellar due to spice. I maybe would’ve rated lower without the brilliant food pairing. Simple and straightforward but I don’t mean that as criticism here. Might be críticism if drank on its own.

I totally agree with CWEISS that the Badstube is the weaker (or less wonderful) of Prüm's Kabinetts. I think it still captures the Prüm style and it is definitely a delicious Kabinett. At this point the wine is still fairly young but has shed its baby fat and starting to open up more and more. Ready to drink now but there's really no hurry.

My impression of Badstube as the weaker of the Prum Kabs is again affirmed. That said, I'd be happy to drink this anytime, and don't think it will benefit from aging as much as the WS, which I'm trying to keep my hands off.

not much development since the last bottle - maybe it has even closed down a little - still quite lovely
