AP 5 106 026 062 06, 13% Mid yellow gold. The nose is rather dull, but very heavy on the minerality. Dry and precise attack. Pretty much bone dry in the mouth, which makes it feel a bit hard on the finish. I'm sure it would have been better left as a Spätlese, rather than fermented to trocken. But it's still a good example, and very well made. Very Good.
