Aged for one year in oak cask. Coffee grounds and black fruit, roasted, again with that oxydized thing on the nose to me. And they are back to moncherrie chocolate. Licorice I am being told. Savory, underwood. Soft, easy to drink, not with the tannins of the Vacqueras.
