  On the light side, but quaffable. Benefits from being served slightly cool, preferably with some pate.

  Young wine, not complex but tasty. Slight pepper after opened for awhile. Lots of stone fruit.

  Lorsque je lance ces jalets, petits cailloux ronds lancés avec une arbalète, sur les eaux calmes d'un lac miroir, ils rebondissent dans une harmonie radieuse. Laissant échapper des saveurs de fruits poivrés, ils nous comblent d'un bonheur éphémère. Ressentant l'herbe fraîchement coupée sous mes pieds nus, les odeurs humides de sous-bois ajoutent du caractère à cette journée merveilleuse.

  BOUCHE: Framboises - Poivres - Réglisse - Cuir - Herbes - Fleurs
