  Well aged, brick colored, ripe sultanas, cherries and oak, with a warm punch of alcohol.
  Not too complex, though still some fine and sweet tannins, lacking some acidity to balace the wine and make it great, probably over its top.

  Awesome out of the bottle. Enjoyed it more initially than after a decant. Very rustic and a lot of tertiary. Also a lot of ripe fruity. Acidity and tannins were nice. Very good.

  Decent brunello. Very subtle and not as bold as I normally like. Nail polish, oak, vanilla and cherry upon opening with medium acidity and soft tannins. After a 6 hour decant, the plums and ripe cherries came out and this paired well with tomato based pizza. Color was very nice with a orange red color and brown/clear outside. This was good but not as powerful as I wanted it to be. Overall, I enjoyed it...just a bit light.

  3 Decades of Brunellos & Rossos from Montalcino (Portland, OR)
  Aged well. Nice black/red fruits. Nicely balanced fruit, tannins and acid.
