  Quite diffuse nose, it's buttery with a nutty background.
  
  In the mouth, the suspicion remains on the premox. Worse, it tends to be confirmed. The bottle is certainly not clear, but drinkable for the uninitiated, in particular thanks to this butter/candied fruit side which notably has a still intense finish.
  
  The difference with a Georg Breuer Riesling from the same vintage and an insolent youth drunk a week before is eloquent.

  Almost 2yrs since my last bottle. This one has no sign of oxidation. Medium golden color.
  Nose is bit discreet, but still has the aged aromas of a great puligny.
  Medium body, mellow acidity. Flavour of baked apples, pears, baked pastries, some vanilla notes. All come together in a long mellow finish. Wonderful.

  Deep golden color.
  Excellent intense nose, complex, aged, slightly oxidised with aromas of vanilla,cereals, some oak, crème brûlée, ripe baked pears and peach. Nice decadent nose.
  Medium body, soft, mellowed acidity. dry but with sweet notes of Iced pears, melon, peach, vanilla and slight oaky notes. Almost grainy texture. Long and so enjoyable. A true symphony singing in the mouth.
  Accompanied a Japanese soft shell crab tempura to perfection.
  So lovely, contemplative and enjoyable wine.
