  开瓶时看到有些漏液的痕迹，酒塞浸塞，让人有些担心，开瓶后嗅了一下瓶口，一丝还原的气息，心里的石头落地了。淡金黄色，扑鼻的奶油爆米花和烤芝麻香气，刺槐花，椴树花一类白花香混合着植物气息，还有白桃的香味，入口酸度高，酒液咸，收口甘甜，矿物感清晰，白花和植物气息为主，纤细的酒体包裹在奶油和焦糖的香气中，优雅的线条感，古典的风格。这时候的酒是清新飘逸而又内敛的。醒酒三个小时以后，酒渐渐苏醒，闻香有一种奶油冰激凌的感觉，果实的能量开始在口中迸发出来，鲜活的花果香逐渐占据主导，混合着烤芝麻的香气，充满活力，后段植物的辛辣和微苦绷紧酒体，标志性的Puligny-Montrachet的结构感，过了快二十年还如此清晰和坚挺，余味是悠长的花香和奶油爆米花。一款进入适饮巅峰期的酒，橡木桶影响明显，二三类香气发展已经很充分，没想到果实的鲜活程度还能有这么高。集中度令人印象深刻，比刚开瓶时更上一层楼，全程没有氧化感，纤瘦的身体下爆发出惊人的力量，以至于让我相信这酒再放十年也没有问题。

  This was a perfect bottle. No premox, close to his peak. Fresh, some nuts and lemon peel. Oak well integrated, no popcorn. Elegant. Beautuful classic White Burgundy. 95-96

  PnP. Opened after 20 min in the glass. Complex, a bit shy aroma of white flowers, fruit and nutty. The palate is integrated fruit, flower with nice acidity. Medium finishing. Not really open for our 45 min drinking period. Maybe it could take more time in the glass but overall not very powerful as expected for 2005 vintage

  Golden yellow. Oxidizing. Golden delicious and quince. Baking spices. Not likely better with age. Cutlets and scampi.
