  This is definitely on the decline. Earlier bottles were much better. Lots of classic Cherry still but at 14.9% and 8 years in the bottles the alcohol is overpowering. Unfortunately there’s not enough acidity to balance the power. Had to chill the bottle to 58 C to help balance. Fortunately it’s my last 2015 but I’ll be working through my 16s and 17s quicker now.
