  • Deep golden yellow. This has. A wonderful mature semillon nose loaded with beeswax, lanolin and baked apple. The palate is rich and heavy, but without being cloying and was excellent with salmon in a lemon cream sauce. More baked spiced apple flavors on the palate. This is in decline, but remarkably fresh for 15!! 91

  • no one told you, but this is 15% Riesling! bitter citrus rinds, metallic flowers, a bit of pistachio oil, and white cola foam. (wow, that got weird even for me). Riesling and Semillon could be a big deal in 10 years if people catch on. I actually reminds me a bunch of a pinot noir vinified as a white wine.

  • Deep golden color. Lemon, petrol, and mineral aromas. A very light and oily mouthfeel, with nice cantaloupe and lemon zest flavor. However, without the presence of sauvignon blanc (like a white Graves), this wine is rather flat. It lacks that extra zing of crispness that SB brings. It's still a very good wine, just not exciting. Long finish.

  • Moderately deep gold. Quite variety-specific aromas of green minerals and wax, with a bit of more obvious attractiveness provided by notions of sweet flowers and pineapple. Not as austere as many Australian Semillons, however, with a ripeness that manifests as fleshy sweetness if not true fruit character. Interesting take on a genre I typically find difficult to appreciate.

  • Light cantaloupe with hints of oil and citrus on the nose. Starfruit and quince upfront, transitioning into lemon overtones towards the oderately long finish. Decent acidity.
